How to Get $1,200 Cash if Dish Network Called You Illegally

Feel free to use this image, just link to www.SeniorLiving.Org. I don't know why anyone would pay for dish network now that there is better quality on the new free digital TV network.

It’s absolutely insane the number of telemarketing calls that have come to my cell phone lately. Although all of my phone numbers are on the FTC’s Do Not Call registry, that doesn’t stop telemarketers from calling.

For one company, that mistake will cost them millions. Dish Network must pay owners of 18,000 phone numbers up to $1,200 for calling them illegally sometime between May 2010 and August 2011. Specifically, the company violated the Telephone Consumer Protection Act. Meaning they called phone numbers that were in the Do Not Call database.

It’s super simple to see if you’re entitled to money as compensation. Just search for your number here. If you qualify, submit a claim here by June 18, 2018.

Even if you don’t qualify, make sure your phone numbers are on the FTC’s Do Not Call registry to decrease your chances of receiving these annoying calls.
